I visited The Church in May 2014. The Basilica di San Carlo is an artistic and cultural masterpiece. Near the paintings, frescos and sculptures of the Baroque Masters of the 17th, 18th century you can discover 16 bas-reliefs (85x100x15) of the “Via Crucis” conceived and realized exclusively for Basilica di San Carlo, by the sculptor Fernando Mario Paonessa, the same author of the Crucifix Il Cristo ” Consummatum est”. Impressed by his work, I’ve made a little film about my visit.

THE “VIA CRUCIS”
